Reuben G

Co-founder and heading up the LSS record label, Reuben started out playing Dub & Reggae before graduating to modern electronic music. He has since progressed into becoming a versatile selector with sets that switch between Garage, House, Afrobeat and Bashment. A talented producer, his most recent output consists of contemporary Dancehall riddims featuring some of the freshest artists in the UK Bashment scene.

MC Skatz

After co-founding LSS with Reuben G back in 2007,  Skatz has hosted sets across Sheffield and beyond. Hype but laid back when necessary, his hosting style is always tailored to the crowd and vibe of the night. A talented singer, Skatz often chooses to harmonise on tracks when it suits.

Frenzy D

Before joining LSS, Frenzy D cut his teeth promoting London Drum & Bass night ‘Rapture’ at The Rhythm Factory. Since linking up with Reuben G, Frenzy has cast his net wider switching to the more progressive sounds from the low end spectrum. The driving force behind Liquid Steel’s sister event Clarks, Frenzy Don is a Dancehall & Soca specialist. Always on the lookout for new riddims emanating from the Caribbean, Frenzy pushes a distinct and lively style.

Started out spinning Dubstep years before A&Rs had even heard of it, R8 Record’s Autograff is one of the most prolific and popular DJs in the Sheffield circuit. A seriously talented DJ, graffiti loving Autograff is all about getting the crowd hyper. He now plays an eclectic mix of madness ranging from Soca, Juke, Trap and Garage.

A 2-Step garage and House aficionado, Shorty’s passion for the bass music scene is evident in his DJ sets. Regularly booked to play out for other Sheffield nights such as the notorious Bunga Bunga, Shorty’s mixing style is deep in the groove with one eye trained on the dancefloor.
